DNS Lookup

Look up A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, SOA, CAA and more over DNS-over-HTTPS, with TTL and DNSSEC flag. Free, no logs.

Your query is sent only to the resolver shown; this site keeps no logs.

What this checks

Queries the record type you choose through a public DNS-over-HTTPS resolver and shows every answer with its TTL.

The AD flag tells you whether the resolver validated DNSSEC for this answer.

FAQ

Why do I get a different answer than my computer?

Your operating system uses its own resolver with its own cache. This tool asks a public resolver directly; use the propagation checker to compare several.

What does TTL mean?

Time to live in seconds: how long resolvers may cache the answer before asking again.

Is my query logged?

Not by this site. The resolver you selected receives the query, as any DNS lookup would.

Which record types are supported?

A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, SOA, PTR, SRV, CAA, DS, DNSKEY.
